About Us

Arnold Property Inspections opened it's doors and began operating in Central Texas in 2003.  At the time, our Owner, Todd Arnold, believed that in the property inspection profession there was a lack of client service and a need for the education of property buyers and owners, about their purchases and investments that was not being met in Central Texas.  With this in mind, Arnold Property Inspections was developed to educate and inform property purchasers and owners of all skill and knowledge levels.  Mr. Arnold chose to put his name on his company because he believes in the services he provides, the communities he serves and his reputation as a professional.  We believe that in business, nothing is as important as your professional reputation with your clients and your community.  In the past decade, Arnold Property Inspections has become one of the most respected building inspection companies in Central Texas, performing literally  over tens of thousands inspections on projects ranging from homes to hotels.

Audrey Arnold
Operations Manager

Audrey began working with Arnold Property Inspections at it's inception in 2003 with her focus being on the client service and operations, bringing with her twenty five years of real estate, mortgage banking, securities and non-profit operational experience.  Together Mr. and Mrs. Arnold developed API to educate clients, while implementing modern reporting techniques and modern tooling, with a strong focus on client service.  With her client service focus clearly defined, Audrey began developing a new office model for inspection companies in Central Texas, making a priority of supporting the client during the critical time of purchasing or building property.  Having the inspection office available to the buyer or Realtor when they call for appointments or questions, having reports delivered on time (every time), whatever the need might be.  Audrey manages all aspects of our operations, marketing and our office team.  In her spare time, Audrey also acts as the active Managing Partner of T.R. Arnold, L.L.C., our parent company.

Audrey is an active supporter of the Central Texas community through volunteering and supporting organizations such as:  The Junior League of Bell County and The Temple Historic Preservation League.  When Audrey is not working or volunteering, she enjoys her time with her two adult sons, family, friends, running, boating, traveling and spending time with her godsons.
